After being home for a couple of weeks I truly hoped that things would get better with my headaches/migraines. Unfortunately, it did not happen. I slowly became worse and went to see my Neurologist(headache one) this week. He said that if they don't get better in next couple of weeks then I may have to be readmitted back to the Hospital in Michigan. I have not had a particular medicine since i have been back due to having complications finding a Pharmacist that can compound it. It has taken almost two weeks to finally get it done. Now I have to wait on funding to get it. So, if and when I get this medicine if it does not work then I go back. I had a few shots in my neck from my Neurologist the other day to help and it did not. I have hurt real bad the past couple of days and have had to give myself shots. I am only allowed up to three in a week. So, my weeks worth is almost out.
Other than that all is good. My wife has been trying to work and keep up with the family. My kids have helped me out some this week so I can manage. I have had a hard time watching Kaci due to hurting so bad.
Tomorrow we go to a Down Syndrome Carnival in Knoxville. It will be fun and I believe Kaci will have a blast. So, I cant wait to see how she responds to the fun filled day.
